Consumer health data notice

This notice covers health data specifically, for people in Washington, Nevada, and other states with consumer health data laws. It exists as its own page because those laws require it to. Last updated September 11, 2026.

What we collect

Heart rate during workouts you log, read from Apple Health with your permission. Finished workouts imported from Apple Health, if you turn that on. Body weight, if you enter it. Birth year, if you enter it. What you log yourself: exercises, sets, weights, reps, how hard a set felt, how a session felt, and any note you write on it.

Where it comes from

From you, typed into the app. From Apple Health, after you grant permission in iOS. Nowhere else — we don't buy health data, and we don't infer it from anything outside the app.

What we use it for

Showing you your own training and progress. Showing effort and heart-rate zones on sessions you logged. Generating your coaching, if you turned the AI coach on. Keeping streaks and PRs honest. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Railway, which hosts the servers it sits on. Anthropic, which generates your coaching — training data only after you turn the coach on, and heart-rate summaries only after a second, separate permission. People you chose: squad members and followers see workouts you post, and those workouts can carry heart-rate effort. That is the entire list. We do not sell health data. We do not use it for advertising or marketing. We do not share it with data brokers.

Your rights

You can confirm whether we hold health data about you and who we've shared it with, get a copy, withdraw a permission you granted, and have it deleted. Email privacy@wearelockedin.com and we'll answer within 30 days. Withdrawing the Apple Health permission in iOS Settings stops the collection immediately. Deleting your account deletes the health data with it. If we turn down a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying, and you can complain to your state attorney general.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date below changes and we'll say so in the app before it takes effect.
